What is impermanent is suffering (dukkha); what is suffering is non-self (anattā); what is non-self should be seen as it really is with right wisdom thus: 'This is not mine, this I am not, this is not my self.' Feeling (vedanā) is impermanent. What is impermanent is suffering; what is suffering is non-self; what is non-self should be seen as it really is with right wisdom thus: 'This is not mine, this I am not, this is not my self.' Perception is impermanent … Volitional formations are impermanent … Consciousness is impermanent. What is impermanent is suffering; what is suffering is non-self; what is non-self should be seen as it really is with right wisdom thus: 'This is not mine, this I am not, this is not my self.' Seeing thus … he understands: '… there is no further coming to any state of being.'"
