[5] Bhikkhus, forms are suffering (dukkha). What is suffering, that is nonself (anattā); what is nonself should be seen as it really is with correct wisdom (sammappaññā) thus: 'This is not mine, this I am not, this is not my self.' Sounds, odours, tastes, tangibles, and mental phenomena (dhammā) are suffering. What is suffering, that is nonself; what is nonself should be seen as it really is with correct wisdom thus: 'This is not mine, this I am not, this is not my self.' Seeing thus … he understands: '… there is no further coming to this state of being.'
