Ānandasutta

[80] "Good, good, Ānanda! Of form (rūpa), Ānanda, an arising is discerned, a vanishing is discerned, and an alteration of that which persists is discerned. Of feeling (vedanā) … of perception … of volitional formations … of consciousness an arising … Of these dhammas, Ānanda, an arising is discerned, a vanishing is discerned, and an alteration of those which persist is discerned. Being asked thus, Ānanda, you should answer thus."
