[473] "Anuruddha, a woman (mātugāmo) possessed of five qualities … is reborn in a state of deprivation, a bad destination, the lower world, in hell. What are the five? She is without faith (assaddhā), she is without moral shame (ahirikā), she is without moral dread (anottappī), she is adulterous (aticārī), and she is unwise (duppaññā). Possessed of these five qualities, Anuruddha, a woman … is reborn." The Ninth [Sutta].
