[1202] Thus, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu with a mind that is open and unenveloped develops a mind (citta) imbued with luminosity. Bhikkhus, when the four bases of spiritual power (iddhipāda) are developed thus and made much of thus, they are of great fruit and great benefit.
