[1230] "And what, Ānanda, is the way of practice (paṭipadā) leading to the development of the bases of spiritual power (iddhipāda)? It is just this Noble Eightfold Path; that is: right view … right concentration (sammāsamādhi). This, Ānanda, is called the way of practice leading to the development of the bases of spiritual power."
