[1269] "… in dhammas internally …; in dhammas externally …; he dwells contemplating dhammas in dhammas internally and externally, ardent, clearly comprehending, mindful, having removed covetousness and grief regarding the world. To this extent, friend, the four establishments of mindfulness (satipaṭṭhāna) are undertaken by a bhikkhu."
