Ḍīghāvusutta

[1421] "Here, Dīghāvu, you should dwell contemplating impermanence in all formations (sabbasaṅkhāresu aniccānupassī), perceiving suffering (dukkha) in what is impermanent, perceiving non-self (anattā) in what is suffering, perceiving abandoning (pahāna), perceiving dispassion (virāga), perceiving cessation. For it is thus, Dīghāvu, that you should train yourself."
