Veḷudvāreyyasutta

[1467] Householders, when a noble disciple is endowed with these seven true dhammas (saddhamma) and with these four desirable states (ākaṅkhiya ṭhāna), then, if he wishes, he may declare of himself by himself: 'I am one finished with hell, finished with the animal realm, finished with the domain of ghosts, finished with the plane of misery, the bad destination, the lower world; I am a stream-enterer (sotāpanna), no longer subject to falling into the lower world, fixed in destiny, with awakening as my final goal.'
