[1490] "Friend, it is because of the abandoning of these four qualities and because of the possession of these four qualities that this population has been declared by the Blessed One thus: they are stream-enterers (sotāpanna), no longer subject to the lower realms (avinipātadhamma), fixed in destiny (niyata), with full awakening as their destination."
