[1504] Then the Blessed One — just as a strong man might extend his bent arm or bend his extended arm — vanished from the Jetavana and reappeared among the Tāvatiṃsa devas. Then a number of devatās belonging to the Tāvatiṃsa host approached the Blessed One; having approached, they paid homage to the Blessed One and stood to one side. As those devatās stood to one side, the Blessed One said this to them:
