[1799] "In the same way, bhikkhus, few are those beings who, passing away from the animal realm (tiracchānayoni), are reborn among devas; but far more numerous are those beings who, passing away from the animal realm, are reborn in hell (niraya). … are reborn in the animal realm. … are reborn in the realm of ghosts (pittivisaya)."
