[374] Bhikkhus, at whatever time a bhikkhu, dwelling thus withdrawn, recollects and thinks over that Dhamma, on that occasion the mindfulness factor of awakening (satisambojjhaṅga) is aroused in the bhikkhu; on that occasion the bhikkhu develops the mindfulness factor of awakening; on that occasion the mindfulness factor of awakening of the bhikkhu comes to fulfillment by development. Dwelling thus mindful, he investigates, examines, and enters upon a thorough scrutiny of that Dhamma with wisdom (paññā).
