[562] Bhikkhus, whatever bodily energy (vīriya) there is, that too is the energy factor of awakening (vīriyasambojjhaṅga); whatever mental energy there is, that too is the energy factor of awakening. Thus it is that this comes up in the summary as "the energy factor of awakening." In this way, by this method of exposition, it becomes twofold.
