Satipaṭṭhānasaṅyuta

Suttapiṭaka · Saṁyuttanikāya · Mahāvaggasaṁyutta · Vol. 19 · Section 681

[681] Bhikkhus, this is the one-way path (ekāyana magga) for the purification of beings, for the surmounting of sorrow and lamentation, for the passing away of pain and grief, for the attainment of the true way (ñāya), for the realization of Nibbāna — that is, the four establishments of mindfulness (satipaṭṭhāna). This is what the Blessed One said. Pleased, those bhikkhus delighted in the Blessed One's statement.
