[692] Come, friends, dwell contemplating the body in the body (kāyānupassanā), ardent (ātāpī), clearly comprehending (sampajāno), unified, with limpid mind (citta), concentrated, with one-pointed mind, for knowledge (ñāṇa) of the body as it really is (yathābhūta). Dwell contemplating feelings in feelings (vedanā), ardent, clearly comprehending, unified, with limpid mind, concentrated, with one-pointed mind, for knowledge of feelings as they really are. Dwell contemplating the mind in the mind, ardent, clearly comprehending, unified, with limpid mind, concentrated, with one-pointed mind, for knowledge of the mind as it really is. Dwell contemplating dhammas in dhammas, ardent, clearly comprehending, unified, with limpid mind, concentrated, with one-pointed mind, for knowledge of dhammas as they really are.
