[181] There is no offense: if he speaks in a hasty slip (davāya bhaṇati); if he speaks in error (ravāya bhaṇati); (speaking in a hasty slip means he speaks impetuously; speaking in error means, intending to say one thing, he says another;) if he is insane; if he is the first offender.
