[269] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), having heard it from a fully ordained one, conveys malicious tale-bearing (pesuñña) to a fully ordained one, saying: "The one named so-and-so says of you: 'He is too tall, too short, too dark, too fair'" — there is an offense of pācittiya for each utterance of speech.
