[258] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), having heard it from a fully ordained one, conveys slander (pesuñña) to a fully ordained one, saying: "So-and-so says of you, 'a khattiya,' 'a brāhmaṇa'" — there is an offense of pācittiya for each utterance.
