[274] An upasampanna, having heard it from an upasampanna, conveys malicious speech (pesuñña) to an upasampanna, saying: "The one named so-and-so says of you: 'a stream-enterer (sotāpanna)'" — there is an offense (āpatti) of pācittiya for each utterance.
