[282] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), having heard it from one fully ordained, conveys malicious speech (pesuñña) to one fully ordained: an offense (āpatti) of pācittiya for each utterance. A fully ordained one, having heard it from one fully ordained, conveys malicious speech to one not fully ordained (anupasampanna): an offense of dukkaṭa. A fully ordained one, having heard it from one not fully ordained, conveys malicious speech to one fully ordained: an offense of dukkaṭa. A fully ordained one, having heard it from one not fully ordained, conveys malicious speech to one not fully ordained: an offense of dukkaṭa.
