Mātikāvibhaṅga

[29] When [the robe] is apart from him and he perceives it as apart, except when the bhikkhu has received the agreement (bhikkhusammati), it is an offense entailing forfeiture and confession (nissaggiya pācittiya). When it is apart from him and he is in doubt, except when the bhikkhu has received the agreement, it is an offense entailing forfeiture and confession. When it is apart from him and he perceives it as not apart, except when the bhikkhu has received the agreement, it is an offense entailing forfeiture and confession. When [the determination] has not been withdrawn (apaccuddhaṭa) and he perceives it as withdrawn, except when the bhikkhu has received the agreement, it is an offense entailing forfeiture and confession. When it has not been given away and he perceives it as given away, except when the bhikkhu has received the agreement, it is an offense entailing forfeiture and confession. When it is not lost and he perceives it as lost, except when the bhikkhu has received the agreement, it is an offense entailing forfeiture and confession. When it is not destroyed and he perceives it as destroyed, except when the bhikkhu has received the agreement, it is an offense entailing forfeiture and confession. When it is not burnt and he perceives it as burnt, except when the bhikkhu has received the agreement, it is an offense entailing forfeiture and confession. When it has not been plundered and he perceives it as plundered, except when the bhikkhu has received the agreement, it is an offense entailing forfeiture and confession.
