[347] If he tells of an offense (āpatti) that is not grave (aduṭṭhulla), there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). If he tells one who is not fully ordained (anupasampanna) of a transgression (ajjhācāra), whether grave or not grave, there is an offense of wrong-doing. If, regarding an offense that is not grave, he perceives it as a grave offense, there is an offense of wrong-doing. If, regarding an offense that is not grave, he is in doubt, there is an offense of wrong-doing. If, regarding an offense that is not grave, he perceives it as an offense that is not grave, there is an offense of wrong-doing.
