[353] There is no offense: if he says, "Know this, give this, bring this, there is need of this, make this allowable (kappiya)"; if it is unintentional; if he is without mindfulness; if he does not know; if he is insane; if he is the first offender. The tenth training rule is concluded. [1] The Chapter on False Speech (Musāvādavagga), the first, [is concluded].
