[382] There is no offence: if he goes having put it away himself; if he goes having had it put away; if he goes having taken leave; if it is obstructed by someone; if, still expecting to return, having gone, he takes leave while standing there; if he is prevented by something; in emergencies; for one who is insane; for the first offender.
