Vinayapiṭaka · Bhikkhu Vibhaṅga (2) · Vol. 2 · Section 389

[389] A dwelling **belonging to the Saṅgha (saṅghika)** means: it has been given, relinquished to the Saṅgha. **Should throw out** means: having seized him in the inner room, he throws him out to the porch — an offence entailing expiation (pācittiya). Having seized him on the porch, he throws him outside — an offence of pācittiya. With a single effort he makes him pass through even many doors — an offence of pācittiya. **Should cause him to be thrown out** means: he commands another — an offence of pācittiya. Commanded once, that one makes him pass through even many doors — an offence of pācittiya.
