[388] **"Whoever" (yo pana):** whoever — one of whatever sort … **"Bhikkhu":** … this is the bhikkhu intended in this sense. **"A bhikkhu" (bhikkhuṃ):** another bhikkhu. **"Angry and displeased" (kupito anattamano):** dissatisfied, with a stricken mind (āhatacitta), with barrenness of mind arisen (khilajāta).
