[663] **Whoever:** whoever, of whatever sort … . **Bhikkhu:** … this one is the bhikkhu intended in this meaning. **Should speak thus:** [should say,] "As I understand the Dhamma taught by the Blessed One, those things which the Blessed One has declared to be obstructive (antarāyikā dhammā) are not truly able to cause obstruction to one who indulges in them."
