[391] There is no offense: if he throws out, or causes to be thrown out, one who is shameless (alajjī); or throws out, or causes to be thrown out, that one's requisites (parikkhāra); if he throws out, or causes to be thrown out, one who is mad (ummattaka); or throws out, or causes to be thrown out, that one's requisites; if he throws out, or causes to be thrown out, a maker of strife, a maker of quarrels, a maker of disputes, a maker of contention, or a maker of legal issues (adhikaraṇa) in the Saṅgha; or throws out, or causes to be thrown out, that one's requisites; if he throws out, or causes to be thrown out, a pupil (antevāsika) or a co-resident (saddhivihārika) who is not conducting himself properly; or throws out, or causes to be thrown out, that one's requisites; if he is mad; if he is the first offender (ādikammika).
