The formal act is illegitimate (adhammakamma); he perceives it as a legitimate act (dhammakammasaññī); the Bhikkhunī Saṅgha is not united (vagga); perceiving it as not united, he admonishes them: an offense of pācittiya. 8. The formal act is illegitimate; he is doubtful (vematiko); the Bhikkhunī Saṅgha is not united; being doubtful, he admonishes them: an offense of pācittiya. 9. The formal act is illegitimate; he is doubtful; the Bhikkhunī Saṅgha is not united; perceiving it as united (samaggasaññī), he admonishes them: an offense of pācittiya.
