[492] When it is an out-of-turn meal (paramparabhojana), and he perceives it as an out-of-turn meal, and he eats it other than on an allowable occasion, there is an offense of pācittiya. When it is an out-of-turn meal, and he is in doubt, and he eats it other than on an allowable occasion, there is an offense of pācittiya. When it is an out-of-turn meal, and he perceives it as not an out-of-turn meal, and he eats it other than on an allowable occasion, there is an offense of pācittiya. When it is not an out-of-turn meal, and he perceives it as an out-of-turn meal, there is an offense of dukkaṭa. When it is not an out-of-turn meal, and he is in doubt, there is an offense of dukkaṭa. When it is not an out-of-turn meal, and he perceives it as not an out-of-turn meal, there is no offense.
