Tatuttarisikkhāpada

[65] There is no offense: when they are relatives; when they have given an invitation (pavārita); when it is for the sake of another; when it is by means of his own wealth; when, the [householder] desiring to have something costly acquired, he has something of little cost acquired; for one who is insane (ummattaka); for the first offender (ādikammika).
