Vassikasāṭikasikkhāpada

[160] There is no offense: when [asking] from relatives; from those who have given an invitation (pavārita); when [asking] for the sake of another; when [it is procured] by means of his own wealth; when, though [the donor] wishes to have an expensive [robe] woven, he has an inexpensive one woven; if the bhikkhu is insane; or if he is the first offender (ādikammika).
