[652] When the person is less than twenty years of age, and one perceives him as less than twenty years of age, and gives him the full ordination (upasampadā): an offense of pācittiya. When the person is less than twenty years of age, and one is in doubt, and gives him the full ordination: an offense of dukkaṭa. When the person is less than twenty years of age, and one perceives him as fully twenty years of age, and gives him the full ordination: no offense. When the person is fully twenty years of age, and one perceives him as less than twenty years of age: an offense of dukkaṭa. When the person is fully twenty years of age, and one is in doubt: an offense of dukkaṭa. When the person is fully twenty years of age, and one perceives him as fully twenty years of age: no offense.
