[68] When they are not relations, and he perceives them as not relations, if without being previously invited (appavārita) he approaches the householders and engages in stipulation (vikappa) regarding the robe-cloth, it is to be forfeited, an offense entailing forfeiture with confession (nissaggiya pācittiya).
