[77] There is no offense (anāpatti): if he makes a canopy (vitāna), or a ground covering (bhummattharaṇa), or a screen-wall (sāṇipākāra), or a mattress (bhisi), or a pillow (bimbohana); if he is insane (ummattaka); if he is the first offender (ādikammika).
