[195] Bhikkhus, in a badly expounded Dhamma and Discipline (dhammavinaya), the one who encourages others to take it up, the one whom he encourages, and the one who, being thus encouraged, practices in accordance with it — all of them generate much demerit (apuñña). For what reason? Because, bhikkhus, the Dhamma is badly expounded.
