[445] 6. Bhikkhus, one possessed of three qualities should be known as a fool (bāla). Which three? Unwholesome (akusala) bodily action (kāyakamma), unwholesome verbal action (vacīkamma), and unwholesome mental action (manokamma). Bhikkhus, one possessed of these three qualities should be known as a fool. Bhikkhus, one possessed of three qualities should be known as a wise person (paṇḍita). Which three? Wholesome (kusala) bodily action, wholesome verbal action, and wholesome mental action. Bhikkhus, one possessed of these three qualities should be known as a wise person.
