[446] Bhikkhus, one possessing three qualities (dhammā) should be known as a fool. What three? Blameworthy bodily action (kāyakamma), blameworthy verbal action (vacīkamma), and blameworthy mental action (manokamma). One possessing these three qualities, bhikkhus, should be known as a fool. Bhikkhus, one possessing three qualities should be known as a wise person. What three? Blameless bodily action, blameless verbal action, and blameless mental action. One possessing these three qualities, bhikkhus, should be known as a wise person.
