[483] "Bhikkhus, in three cases talk proceeds. What three? One who teaches the Dhamma experiences both the meaning (attha) and the Dhamma; one who listens to the Dhamma experiences both the meaning and the Dhamma; and when one teaches the Dhamma and another listens to the Dhamma, both experience the meaning and experience the Dhamma. In these three cases, bhikkhus, talk proceeds."
