[64] Bhikkhus, I do not see even one other thing on account of which unarisen wholesome (kusala) dhammas arise, or arisen unwholesome (akusala) dhammas decline, so much as this, bhikkhus: fewness of wishes (appicchatā). Bhikkhus, for one of few wishes, unarisen wholesome dhammas arise, and arisen unwholesome dhammas decline.
