[69] Bhikkhus, I do not see even one other thing on account of which unwholesome dhammas that have not arisen come to arise, and wholesome dhammas that have arisen decline, so much as this, bhikkhus: lack of clear comprehension (asampajañña). Bhikkhus, for one who does not clearly comprehend, unwholesome dhammas that have not arisen come to arise, and wholesome dhammas that have arisen decline.
