[70] Bhikkhus, I do not see even one other thing by which unarisen wholesome states arise and arisen unwholesome states decline as does this, bhikkhus: clear comprehension (sampajañña). Bhikkhus, for one who is clearly comprehending, unarisen wholesome states arise and arisen unwholesome states decline.
