[364] Bhikkhus, there are these six impossibilities (abhabbaṭṭhāna). What six? A person accomplished in view (diṭṭhisampanna) is incapable of taking up any conditioned thing (saṅkhāra) as permanent; a person accomplished in view is incapable of taking up any conditioned thing as pleasant; a person accomplished in view is incapable of taking up any dhamma as self; a person accomplished in view is incapable of committing a deed of immediate result (anantariyakamma); a person accomplished in view is incapable of reverting to [belief in] purity through superstitious auspicious ceremonies; a person accomplished in view is incapable of seeking one worthy of offerings (dakkhiṇeyya) outside of here. These, bhikkhus, are the six impossibilities.
