[375] Bhikkhus, seeing six benefits, it is quite enough for a bhikkhu to establish the perception of non-self (anattasaññā) in all dhammas without making any restriction. What six? [He reflects:] 'I shall be uninvolved (atammaya) with all the world; I-makings (ahaṅkāra) shall cease in me; mine-makings (mamaṅkāra) shall cease; I shall be endowed with knowledge (ñāṇa) not shared [with others]; and the cause will be well seen by me, and so too the dhammas arisen from the cause.' Bhikkhus, seeing these six benefits, it is quite enough for a bhikkhu to establish the perception of non-self in all dhammas without making any restriction.
