Uppādetabbadhammasutta

[149] "Bhikkhus, I shall teach you the dhamma that should be aroused (uppādetabba) and the dhamma that should not be aroused. Listen to it and attend carefully; I shall speak." "Yes, venerable sir," those bhikkhus replied to the Blessed One. The Blessed One said this: "And what, bhikkhus, is the dhamma that should not be aroused? Wrong view (micchādiṭṭhi) … wrong deliverance (micchāvimutti): this, bhikkhus, is called the dhamma that should not be aroused. And what, bhikkhus, is the dhamma that should be aroused? Right view (sammādiṭṭhi) … right deliverance (sammāvimutti): this, bhikkhus, is called the dhamma that should be aroused."
