[266] 9. Happily sleep the sages (muni) who are not bound to women — who truly must ever be guarded, and in whom truth (sacca) is exceedingly hard to find. We have carried out your slaying, O sensual desire (kāma); now we are free of debt to you. Now we go to Nibbāna, where, having gone, one does not sorrow. The Elder Gotama.
