[283] 6. Having abandoned the five hindrances (nīvaraṇa) for the attainment of security from bondage (yogakkhema), taking up the mirror of the Dhamma (dhammādāsa) — my own knowledge and vision (ñāṇadassana) — I reviewed this body, the whole of it, inside and out; both internally and externally, the body appeared empty.
