[2085] "O lord of the people (janinda), truly the wise and fools alike, those endowed with the arts (sippa) and those without the arts, even those of high birth become the servants of the low-born man who possesses fame. Having seen this too, I say: the man of wisdom (paññā) is inferior; the man of fortune (sirī) indeed is better."
