[112] **"Thus directly knowing, having known 'This is supreme'"** (evābhijānaṃ paramanti ñatvā): thus directly knowing, understanding, discerning, distinctly recognizing, penetrating; having known — that is, having known, having understood, having weighed, having judged, having clarified, having made evident — "this is supreme (paramaṃ), foremost, best, most excellent, chief, highest, supreme" — hence, "thus directly knowing, having known 'This is supreme.'"
